Chris Claremont

Chris Claremont, born in London in 1950, is an English comic books and novels writer. He has been working for Marvel for 50 years and has had an unparalleled success: his “Uncanny X-Men” series is legendary.

He first used mutants as a metaphor for all those who are discriminated against by the majority: his stories have established trends in the comics industry and allowed a general reinterpretation of superheroes. Rounding down, it is estimated that he sold more than 750 million comics worldwide.

Chris Claremont will be a Lucca Comics & Games guest in collaboration with Panini Comics and will be present every day of the festival.
