Daniel Warren Johnson

Daniel Warren Johnson is a scriptwriter, a comic book artist and a cover artist with an extraordinarily particular style, who has worked for the greatest American publisher, such as Marvel (“Manthing”, “Cable”), DC(“Sinestro”) and Dark Horse (“Alabaster”, “Space Mullet”).

For Image Comics he has drawn the comic book, “Ghost Fleet – The Whole Goddamned Thing”, which saldaPress will premiere at Lucca Comics & Games 2019 with its scriptwriter Donny Cates.

For Skybound, Robert Kirkman's company within Image Comics, he has written and drawn “Murder Falcon”, presented at Lucca Comics & Games 2019 as well, and “Extremity”, both published in Italy by saldaPress.

Published in 2018,“Extremity” – a story written in two parts – is an original mix of settings taken form the best Studio Ghibli movies and outstanding suggestions with a “Mad Max” flavour. The story, written in two parts, is an unforgettable adventure about the need to survive in a cruel world and the importance of breaking a chain of vengeance.

Daniel Warren Johnson will be a Lucca Comics & Games guest in collaboration with saldaPress.
