Thanks to the collaboration between Lucca Comics & Games and Panini Comics, we are pleased to announce that the 2019 edition of the convention will host, among its protagonists, the extraordinary artist Don Rosa.
Don Rosa is famous all over the world for his stories of Scrooge McDuck, Donald Duck and the whole Disney Duck family.
Considered by many the heir of Carl Barks, his “The Life and Times of $crooge McDuck” earned him the prestigious Eisner Award in the United States.
Don Rosa has been able to give a human face to the Duck family, creating peculiarities, character traits and personalities that have made them the international iconic characters we know... To put it in the words of 2019 LC&G theme, a “Becoming Duck” that – today as then – knows how to move, excite and entertain millions of readers of all ages.
