The Witcher with the silver sword

Andrzej Sapkowski was born in Poland in 1948. Despite his studies in economics, he has always loved telling fantasy stories.

In the early '90s, his books starring Geralt of Rivia achieved huge success both nationally and internationally. Following this success, the first video game of “The Witcher”, inspired by his novels, was released in 2007.

Moreover, at the end of the year, Netflix will release a TV series about “The Witcher”.

Andrzej Sapkowski, currently one of the most famous fantasy writer in Europe, will once again be a guest at Lucca Comics & Games 2019.
