The Rockets are ready to make us dance!

Who can forget the amazing Rockets, the band that came from outer space, between the 70’s and the 80’s?

After their silver-period of shows with lasers and space suits, the band has come back with a new album called “Wonderland”. At Lucca Comics & Games, the French band will perform an astonishing show, going through the whole musical history of the Rockets.

Moreover, a new project called Rocket Comics was from the collaboration between If Edizioni and the Rockets. In this project, the band is beamed and turned into a cartoon series called “Kids from Mars”, written by Alessandro Sisti and designed by Marco Ghiglione. A preview of the first of the four episode, called “Concerto alla fine del mondo”, will be presented at Lucca Comics & Games with “Making of”,  a special collection album that gathers studies, photos, curiosities, and exclusive stories (and a full-length vintage comics) about the Rockets. A must for all their fans!

On the 2nd of November, the audience will have the possibility to travel in time through 40 years of music with a concert on the main stage. On the 13th of November, from 1 PM to 2 PM, the meeting between Gianni Bono of If Edizioni, the screenwriter Alessandro Sisti e Fabrice Quagliotti, leader of the Rockets, will take place in the Auditorium of the Church Chiesa dell'Agorà.
