Jeff Grubb builds worlds for a living. He is a best-selling author and a multi-award-winning game designer who's been publishing novels, short-stories, games, and comic books for 35 years now.
He is one of the founders of the fantasy setting “Dragonlance”, and he has created, together with Ed Greenwood, the “Forgotten Realms”. Among his works there are “Manual of the Planes”, “Spelljammer”, “Al-Qadim” and “Marvel Super Heroes RPG”.
He wrote novels for “Dragonlance”, “Forgotten Realms”, “Magic: The Gathering”, “Warcraft”, “Starcraft”, “Guild Wars” and “Star Wars”. He has also been the narrative designer of “Guild Wars 2 MMO”, and – more recently – he has worked as senior narrative designer for Amazon Game Studios.
For “Forgotten Realms” he has made several game supplements and, together with his wife Kate Novak, he has written some novels, such as the trilogy of “Finder's Stone”, in which the character of Alias is introduced.
