Armand Baltazar, born in Chicago from a family of Philippine origins, was a Senior Art Director for Dreamworks, Disney and Pixar. Passionate about creative writing, he left the world of movie entertainment to dedicate himself entirely to “Timeless, Diego and the Rangers of the Vastatlantic”, his first YA novel and first part of a trilogy. He lives in California with his wife and his son Diego, his source of inspiration and protagonist of this tale.
Baltazar’s illustrations will be exhibited in Palazzo Ducale, along with many of its studies for Timeless.
To commemorate his contribution to the film industry, the exhibition will also include a series of drawings and studies carried out for some of the most famous movies of Disney, Pixar and Dreamworks, such as “The Princess and the Frog”, “The Prince of Egypt”, “Brave” and “Cars 2”.
