From 29 July 2019, 4 p.m., to 3 November 2019, 3 p.m.
With the following exceptions:
if you choose the "Skip the line" option or the "Catch the shuttle bus" option, until 14 October, 11 p.m. (see below);
in any case, always only if there are tickets and/or badges available for the days you want.
When can I purchase a Print@Home ticket?
You can purchase it online until 3 November 2019, at 3 p.m., provided that the fixed limit of 90.000 tickets has not been reached for the day(s) of your choice.
When can I purchase a "Skip the line" ticket?
You can purchase it online from 29 July, 4 p.m., to 14 October 2019, 11 p.m.
You can also buy it from 15 October to 3 November in any Premium Vivaticket Point.
In any case, always only if there are tickets and/or badges available for the days you want.
When can I purchase daily tickets and/or badges at the pre-sale points in Italy?
From 29 July 2019, 4 p.m., to 3 November 2019, 3 p.m.
You can also choose the "Print@Home" option (that is an online purchase made for you by the Vivaticket pre-sale point and in most of the official pre-sale points).
When can I purchase daily tickets and/or badges in Lucca?
From 8.30 a.m. to 5.30 p.m., from 30 October to 3 November 2019 included (if tickets are still available).
